How soon will you ship my order?
When you place your order before 5:00 pm, Central Time, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm Central time will be shipped the following day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday.
How soon before my order arrives?
ALL USA orders are shipped by fast USPS or larger orders are shipped via UPS. Your order should arrive in 2 to 4 business days. International orders take up to 4 weeks to arrive because of slow customs procedures in certain countries.
How do I check on an order I have placed?
If you are a registered JabaLabs.com customer, you may check the status of your order online. For questions regarding the status of your order or if you are not a registered member, you may contact our customer care representatives at 210.845.8397 any time. For fastest service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.
Do you sell and ship outside the USA?
At the current time we do not ship any international orders due to very strict customs policies with our liquid products.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Being a wholesale company, we do not have a return policy unless the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake shipping the wrong product. If you want to try a product, we recommend that you buy the smallest size available, usually a 4 oz. bottle of hyaluronic acid serum that only costs $29 and it comes with free shipping.
Can you send me samples?
Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. If your desire is to “try before you buy,” please know that you can buy the smallest size of HA serum available for only $45 and it comes with free shipping.
How long is the shelf life and what do you use to preserve your products?
If stored out of direct sunlight and excessive heat, our haluronic acid serum that we sell is safe and effective for up to 8 months after your purchase. Our hyaluronic acid is manufactured every week and will only be a few days old when you receive the order.
The preservatives mostly used in our products are Leucidal which is made from radishes and is EcoCert certified to be used in organic skincare products. We also use potassium sorbate which is an organic salt, Vitamin C and citric acid made from citrus fruits to preserve our skincare products.
